How do I purchase products from C4Dexchange.com?

It is very simple. Just create your user account, log in to C4Dexchange.com, find the product(s) you want to buy and click the purchase button.

Prices and taxes

Sales price of the product can be set only by its author. Neither we nor any other person can offer you any kind of discount. You will always see the current sales price at a product page. All prices are in US dollars excluding applicable taxes! C4Dexchange.com is operated by Digital Media s.r.o., Czech Republic and therefore some customers located within European Union will have to pay VAT (value added tax).

End user license agreement

All commercial products available at C4Dexchange.com are distributed under our standard end user license agreement. Please read this document before purchasing any product.

Refund and return policy

If there is something wrong with a product or if the quality of the content does not correspond with the product description or if there is some important information missing (e.g. that product requires some extra module or plugin), you are eligible for refund. You must notify us within 10 days of purchase - just go to My Orders page and click on Report problem link. As soon as we get the report from you, we will try to solve the problem in cooperation with the author of the product. If it is not possible, you will receive a refund from us. Upon receiving a refund, you must stop using the product and you must destroy all copies of it. We may require that you sign "Letter of destruction" document, stating that you do not have the rights to keep the purchased product anymore.

At this moment you can pay for products using credit/debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa.

Is it safe?

All credit card payments are handled by 3-D secure payment gateway, operated by Ceska Sporitelna bank, member of Erste Bank Group, Austria. The payment gateway is certified by VISA and MasterCard.

All communication with the payment gateway is encrypted via SSL. If the transaction is successfull, you will be automatically redirected from the payment gateway back to C4Dexchange.com, where you can retrieve purchased content.

How can I retrieve purchased content?

If the payment transaction is succesfull, you will be automatically redirected to the download page. You will also get order confirmation email from us with the link to the download section. And last but not least you can visit the My orders page directly.
