VAT registration number

If your company is registered for VAT in European Union (excluding Czech Republic business customers), we can deliver you products excluding VAT. In step 2 of the checkout process you can enter your VAT registration number and our system will automaticaly validate it using EU VIES web service .

Please note that the EU database of VAT registration numbers may be unavailable for maintenance purposes from time to time - during this period we will not be able to check your VAT registration number. If this is your case, please wait a couple of minutes and try again.

Troubleshooting

I have entered valid VAT number, but the system does not recognize it and displays error "Your VAT registration number is not valid".

• make sure that your number includes your country code, e.g. all French VAT registrations will begin with FR, Austrian with AT etc.
• make sure that your number is in correct format - please read the EU document regarding the structure of VAT identification numbers
• If there is still a problem, please go to EU VIES web service and check your number there. If you cannot validate it here it means that there is something wrong with your number.  

I get timeout error

EU database of VAT registration numbers may be unavailable for maintenance purposes from time to time - during this period we will not be able to check your VAT registration number. If this is your case, please wait couple of minutes and try again.
